JUST IN: NFL Chief Reveal Chicago Bears will Be Unstopable With the Signing of Former Buccaneers Quarterback Who is on The Verge of Signing for Bears

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have produced some famous quarterbacks over the years.

Before Tom Brady joined the Buccaneers, the team had Super Bowl winners such as Brad Johnson, Trent Dilfer, Steve Young, and Doug Williams.
Unfortunately for Tampa Bay, only Brady and Johnson won championships with the organization, but quarterback Ryan Griffin did as well, even though he did not have to play a single snap in the 2020 NFL season.

The quarterback, who spent his whole playing career in the NFC South Division, is now joining the Chicago Bears’ coaching staff under Matt Eberflus.

“Bears coach Matt Eberflus on Friday added two more assistants to his staff, hiring Ryan Griffin to work with quarterbacks and receivers and Bryan Bing as assistant defensive line coach,” the organization stated on its official website. “Griffin was a quarterback who spent time with the Saints (2013-14) and Buccaneers (2015-22), mostly on practice squads or as a third-stringer. He played in one regular-season NFL game for Tampa Bay in 2019, completing two of four throws for 18 yards on one drive against the Colts. Griffin, an undrafted free agent from Tulane, joined the NFL with New Orleans.

Buccaneers fans will most likely remember Griffin for assisting Brady to the stage during the team’s renowned – or infamous, depending on your point of view – boat parade following their Super Bowl LV victory over quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
