The best and worst signings are largely subjective. This list is subject to change each year, as each fan brings their own unique viewpoint on what makes a signing the best or worst for their team. The link below suggests that Allen Robinson was the Los Angeles Rams’ worst free agent signing. I’m not sure whether Robinson was the worst, but he was probably the most disappointing free agency signing since Sean McVay took over as head coach.

Warner spent the 1998 season in NFL Europe before being named the Rams’ backup quarterback for the 1999 season. He took over as the Rams’ starting quarterback after Trent Green sustained a season-ending injury during the preseason.
Warner soon climbed to popularity, winning league MVP that season after tossing 41 touchdown passes and leading the Rams to a 13-3 record. He won Super Bowl MVP after leading the Rams to victory against the Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV. Warner earned his second MVP award in 2001 after leading the NFL in passing yards and touchdown passes. Warner’s Rams came barely shy of capturing their second Super Bowl in three years. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2017.
Worst signing: WR Allen Robinson II (2022).
Robinson caught only 33 catches for 339 yards and three touchdowns after signing a three-year, $46.5 million contract with the Rams, who sold him to Pittsburgh last summer.
