The Cleveland Browns added help to the offence.
The most significant addition came from a trade with the Denver Broncos for wide receiver Jerry Jeudy. They also signed running back Nyheim Hines. Following Joe Flacco’s departure, the team signed quarterbacks Jameis Winston and Tyler Huntly to serve as backups for Deshaun Watson.
The Browns have signed D’Onta Foreman.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Browns have added another running back to give depth to their backfield. D’Onta Foreman, a former Chicago Bears running back, will join the group.
The Browns needed RB help this offseason.
Oreman will join a unit that features Jerome Ford and Nick Chubb. Chubb is coming off an ACL injury, so the Browns needed to prioritize adding running back depth this offseason.
The Houston Texans selected Foreman in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Throughout his six-year NFL career, Foreman has rushed for 2,822 yards and 14 touchdowns. He rushed for 381 yards and four touchdowns for the Bears last season.
