JUST IN: RED BULL Star Max Verstappen Break Silence Over his Future amid Red Bull F1 exit

Max Verstappen has stated that he intends to complete his Red Bull deal despite concerns that he may leave the organization early.

Verstappen presently has a contract until the conclusion of the 2028 season, but dissatisfaction within the Red Bull squad has prompted to speculation that he may leave far earlier than expected.

After Christian Horner was cleared of claims brought against him by a team employee, his father, Jos Verstappen, claimed that the team would be “torn apart” if he continued at the helm.

Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff expressed his desire to sign Verstappen following Lewis Hamilton’s departure to Ferrari, but Verstappen reaffirmed his commitment to Red Bull.

“That’s why I, of course, signed the deal in the first place,” he told RacingNews365.

“I’m satisfied within the team, and it’s critical that we attempt to maintain the key players on the club for a longer amount of time, since that’s where the performance is as well.

“At the end of the day, this is a performance business. It’s the same as if I hadn’t performed, I wouldn’t be sitting here, so I understand how it works.

“But now that the arrangement is in place, I intend to stay until the finish. It would be a fantastic story for me to see through to the end because it essentially means I’ve been a part of one family and team.”
