According to ESPN’s most recent NFL free agency estimates for 2024, the Denver Broncos will try to rebuild their offence with Russell Wilson or former first-round choice Jerry Jeudy. According to predictions, Sean Payton and co. may take a chance on Michael Thomas, the NFL record holder for most receptions in a season (149).
“Denver’s roster is in turmoil as it rebuilds post-Russell Wilson, but after moving Jerry Jeudy, it appears that it will go with Courtland Sutton and Marvin Mims as its top two wideouts. Tim Patrick took a pay cut to return, but he’s missed the last two seasons due to injury. Thomas may reconnect with old coach Sean Payton and battle with Patrick for the third wideout position.

Russell Wilson signed a five-year, $242 million contract with the Denver Broncos after being traded from his longtime team, the Seattle Seahawks, after the 2021 season. The club swallowed the bullet and parted ways amicably with the potential future Hall of Fame quarterback before the start of the new league year on March 1.
Wilson signed a one-year, veteran minimum contract ($1.21 million) with the Pittsburgh Steelers immediately after his departure from the Broncos was announced. While Wilson will allegedly start in Pittsburgh after the team traded previous first-round choice Kenny Pickett to the Philadelphia Eagles, Denver will still pay Wilson $39 million if he does not play for them in 2024.
