It’s worth noting that the quarterbacks leading this statistic aren’t the most remarkable. Take it with a grain of salt, but there is something to be said about Carr’s ability to thread the needle close to the end zone. He did this more frequently than some people believe last season.
If Carr and the Saints can produce more effectively in 2024, their offence will be among the top in the NFC.
They have the skill to be that type of squad, but they need to do a better job of protecting Carr when they push down the field. Let’s see if a change in play-caller simplifies things for the players.
