Another house collapsed in the Outer Banks.
The vacant house on G.A. Kohler Court collapsed around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, according to a National Park Service statement. The house’s owner has hired a debris cleanup firm, and Seashore staff plan to help with the cleanup activities.
Seashore authorities have blocked the beach from G A Kohler Court in Rodanthe to Wimble Shores North Court in Waves due to garbage on the beach and in the sea. The park service published photographs of the wrecked residence as well as crumbling piles of rubble.
