For another season, Las Vegas is anticipated to retain interim head coach Antonio Pierce. Pierce took over as head coach in the middle of the 2023 regular season after the organization fired Josh McDaniels. Pierce has a five-win, four-loss record since taking over and appears to have sparked the fire in the Raiders locker room.
Pierce has proven that he is more than capable of becoming an NFL head coach, and Raiders fans have been asking for him to return all season. Harbaugh will be interviewed in Los Angeles as soon as next week, but Belichick’s future remains uncertain.
