“To be a great leader, you gotta learn how to follow first,” Williams stated. “So right now, I’m following all of the veterans and coaches. “I’m listening with both ears open and my mouth shut…”
“When I learned everything, when I learned the ways of how we deal with the culture, the playbook and what the offensive line, wide receivers are all doing, running backs and tight ends and things like that, then you can start taking the lead and you can start taking the helms of all of it and take the next steps.”
Williams intends to take the procedure “one step at a time”
For a young player entering the NFL, things heat up quickly, and the trains continue to move with or without you.

“You have goals that you set for yourself right in a moment, also you have goals in the future,” Williams stated. “That is crucial, but so is comprehending and being present in the time. I believe that doing things one step at a time and acting professionally are critical. So, all of those are combined into one. I would absolutely say living in the now and taking one step at a time.”
