The Denver Broncos won their second game in a row on Sunday, defeating the Las Vegas Raiders 29-19 at Allegiant Stadium. Bo Nix, the Broncos’ rookie quarterback, led the way, completing 25 of 42 passes for 273 yards and two scores. It was a fantastic day at the office for Nix, who has been making headlines in his debut season as Denver’s quarterback. Nix’s wife, Izzy Nix, travelled to Las Vegas to support her husband. She took to Instagram following the game to make a three-word statement in response to her better half’s impressive performance against the Raiders. “His biggest fan!!!!!!!” she captioned her image.
According to People, Bo and Izzy Nix first met in June of 2020. At the time, Bo Nix was the Auburn Tigers’ outstanding quarterback, and Izzy Nix was the team’s cheerleader. Izzy Nix graduated from college in 2022, and Bo Nix transferred to Oregon for the 2022–2023 season. The couple married on July 2, 2022, just two years after they first met.
Bo Nix is having an amazing rookie season with the Broncos. According to NFL on CBS, the 12th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft is presently leading all rookies this season in terms of most 200+ yardage, two or more touchdown passes, and zero interception games (5), making him a strong candidate for Offensive Rookie of the Year. Bo Nix and the Broncos return to action on Monday, November 2, against the Cleveland Browns, looking to improve on their 7-5 record.
