Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report stated, “I do believe that in the end, this will be the trade deadline where Pascal is eventually moved because I don’t think the Toronto Raptors want to put themselves in a position where they lose him for nothing.”
The teams with whom Siakam has been most frequently associated are the Detroit Pistons, Atlanta Hawks, Sacramento Kings, and Indiana Pacers. Nevertheless, it’s thought that the Golden State Warriors are a dark horse and could make a play for Toronto’s former All-NBA forward. Haynes stated, “I was told Pascal Siakam might end up on the Golden State Warriors’ radar soon.” “That’s something to keep in mind, not that it’s happening right now.” This season, the Warriors have had to cope with turbulence within the organization.
